Simultaneous Localization for Multi-GNSS Interference Source Based on a Single LEO Satellite

A multi-GNSS interference source localization method is proposed in this letter. A single low-earth orbit satellite is used to monitor the Doppler of multiple GNSS interference sources and solve the positions. The localization problem is modeled as an optimization problem with a 0-1 integer programming form. Due to the solution space of the optimization problem being of an exponential magnitude, the optimization objective is difficult to solve directly. Therefore, the Doppler measurements are divided into groups under the minimal solvable condition of the least squares method. The proposed method reduces the complexity of this optimization problem from exponential to linear. The simulation results show that the proposed method can effectively distinguish two interference sources with clock deviations not lower than 5×10−8 and a spatial separation of at least 10 km.
