Strong polarization in paraelectric tungsten–bronze systems via bond engineering

A bond engineering strategy was implemented in the Bi 3+ -substituted Ba 4 Nd 28/3 Ti 18 O 54 bulk, where softened Ti–O bonds and reduced oxygen octahedral tilting angles contributed to a superior dielectric performance of high- κ ∼200 and low loss of 10 −4 .
