On topical issues of concluding a settlement agreement on individual labor disputes (on judicial practice)

The unsuitable article provides an analysis of the current norms of labor and civil procedural legislation of the Russian Federation, governing the general and special conditions for the conclusion of a settlement agreement on individual labor disputes, factors affecting the legality of the conditions of a settlement agreement, approving by the court with the provision of examples of judicial practice of cassation courts of general jurisdiction. The consequences of the approval of a settlement agreement are discussed from the point of view of the conditions of parallel and promising social security in the procedure for social insurance.
