Development of high-temperature soldering process for manufacture of turbine blade shells with penetrating porous cooling
Based on the author’s patent, a high-temperature soldering process is developed, as a result of which a permanent joints of the structure-forming elements of the turbine blade shells is formed. In order to ensure the stability of thermal protection characteristics, the edges of turbine blades of steam and gas turbine power plants are proposed to be manufactured using a penetrating porous mesh material. The correctness of the choice of materials and the selection of modes is proved by demonstrating the quality of the joint of mesh wires with each other and with impenetrable structural elements and fi eld tests of prototypes.
