Defects in the legal regulation of the remuneration of higher school teachers as an obstacle to the use of their digital profile in the HR practice of universities
The problem of the effectiveness of legal regulation of the remuneration of higher school teachers is quite traditional for the science of labor law. At the same time, during the period of digital transformation of the sphere of work and the educational process, unresolved defects in this area can have a detrimental effect on the effectiveness and, most importantly, the correctness of the use of digital profiles of higher school teachers by higher education institutions. This situation looks particularly problematic in the context of the use of various artificial intelligence technologies, which cannot fully function with this quality of regulatory regulation. It is concluded that in order for the digital profile of a higher school teacher to be complete and can be effectively used by an employer to make personnel decisions that affect the determination of remuneration for such employees, it is necessary, on the one hand, to clearly define the functional purpose of the digital profile of a higher school teacher, the sources of information and its categories, and the rules of work. with such information, provided that digital technologies are used, and on the other hand, At the legislative level, clearer rules should be formulated regarding the list of indicators and criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of a higher school teacher within the framework of an “effective contract”, their corresponding special incentive payments, as well as the ratio of the minimum wage to the various components of wages.
