This study revealed the multidimensional field of research on ginseng polysaccharides. Current hot research directions encompassed structural analysis and pharmacological activities in this field, with research hotspots focused on exploring the pharmacological activities of ginseng polysaccharides in gut microbiota and oxidative stress.
