Research on the Measurement of Digital Economy Development Level Based on Topsis Comprehensive Evaluation Method-Taking North China as an Example
In order to give full play to the role of digital economy development in promoting high-quality development in North China, this paper first constructs an evaluation model of the digital economy development level, which includes four influencing factors: digital economy infrastructure level, digital industrialization, industrial digitalization, and digital economy development environment. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to give all the indexes, and then the Topsis comprehensive evaluation method is used to compare and measure the scores of provinces and cities in North China. It is found that the number of ICT listed companies and the total telecom business are important impression factors. The development level of the digital economy in Beijing is the best, while that in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is the worst. Therefore, some suggestions are put forward to improve the level of digital industrialization and independent development.
