Research on the Collaborative Development Strategy of Port Clusters

With the accelerated progress of global trade integration and the profound transformation of the port and shipping industry, the collaborative development of port clusters has become an irreversible trend. This paper first analyzes the necessity of promoting the collaborative development of port clusters from the perspectives of adapting to the development trend of international trade and enhancing regional competitiveness. Secondly, it elaborates on the challenges faced by the collaborative development of port clusters, such as the need for further clarification of port function positioning and strengthening of information sharing. Finally, it puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of clarifying port function positioning, strengthening information sharing, and improving regional coordination mechanisms, aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for promoting the efficient collaborative development of port clusters in China.
