AI-enabled Teaching Design for Medical General Education: Case and Reflections
Artificial intelligence, as an emerging technology in the 21st century, has brought far-reaching effects to the field of education. This study focuses on the application of AI technology in medical general education, and takes the chapter of “Dream Interpretation” in the course “Medical Psychology and Healthy Life” as a case study to explore its optimization in teaching design and practice. It is found that AI has general and specialized functions to assist teaching, which can not only solve the problems of time limitation of instructors and subjectivity of assignment evaluation in traditional teaching design, but also help to improve the efficiency of teaching, students’ participation and the depth of learning. And it also has a greater potential for empowering mental health education, which provides valuable reference for the future practice of medical general education.
