Staring infrared imaging component automatic calibration technology

The automatic calibration technology of staring infrared imaging component not only improves the accuracy and stability of the infrared component, but also improves the imaging quality and work efficiency of the component, reduces labor costs, and adapts to a variety of application scenarios, which has important practical application value. At present, the manual calibration method used in the production process of the staring infrared imaging component is complex, and the threshold of professional and technical requirements are higher. The operator needs to participate in the whole calibration process and can accurately judge the image quality, and the calibration time is long. Taking the infrared imaging component as the core, this paper studies the theory and method of the infrared imaging component intelligent automatic calibration system model, the intelligent non-uniformity judgment of the component imaging and online detection, and designs and develops a scalable and self-controllable intelligent automatic calibration system for the infrared imaging component parameters. Through experimental verification, the non-uniformity of the image obtained by the calibration method in this paper is less than 2.5‰, and the calibration time of a single component is less than 2 hours, which further shortens the calibration time of the infrared imaging component parameters and improves the production efficiency.
