Medication and Law of Traditional Chinese Medicine Compound in the Treatment of Gastric Cancer Based on Data Mining

Gastric cancer has always been a disease with a high incidence among malignant tumors. Modern research proves that traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has an apparent curative effect on controlling the canceration range of gastric cancer patients and rehabilitating gastric cancer after surgery and chemotherapy. However, the medication law is still unclear. Thus, this paper used the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) database through data mining to sort out the compound medications of scholars who treated gastric cancer from January 1, 2002 to October 24, 2024. Microsoft Excel was used to record the data for classification and summary according to different syndrome differentiation. In addition, according to the high-frequency drugs under different syndrome types, the medication law under various syndrome differentiation was explored under the guidance of Prescription Science for reorganizing the new prescription. Gastric cancer is mostly a syndrome of “deficiency in the root and excess in the branches” (Ben Xu Biao Shi), so the treatment is mainly to strengthen the body resistance and tonify the deficiency, supplemented by eliminating pathogens, so as to provide instructions for its clinical treatment.

Modern research proves that traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has an apparent curative effect on controlling the canceration range of gastric cancer patients and rehabilitating gastric cancer after surgery and chemotherapy. However, the medication law is still unclear.
