The Clinical Value and Immunological Landscape of UXS1 Through Pan-cancer Analysis

This study comprehensively evaluates the expression of the UXS1 gene and its clinical significance and immunological characteristics in various cancers through systematic pan-cancer analysis. This study used a variety of open databases and bioinformatics tools to deeply analyze the gene expression patterns, gene mutations, clinical features, and prognostic relevance of UXS1 in different tumors. At the same time, the relationship between UXS1 and immune cell infiltration, tumor mutation burden (TMB), microsatellite instability (MSI), and immune checkpoint was discussed. The results showed that the expression level of UXS1 in various tumors was significantly different from that in normal tissues, and its expression level may be closely related to the prognosis information, highlighting the potential clinical application value of UXS1 in various cancers. In addition, functional enrichment analysis showed that UXS1 was involved in several biological pathways, especially the signal pathways related to metabolic regulation and protein synthesis. Drug response analysis further revealed that there was a significant correlation between the expression level of UXS1 and the sensitivity of various chemotherapy drugs. To sum up, UXS1 has important clinical value in many cancer types and may be used as a potential biomarker for cancer diagnosis and treatment and a candidate target for targeted therapy.
