Research on dynamic evaluation and Decision support system optimization of Olympic Games based on AHP-based Multi-criteria Decision-Making -- oriented towards globalization and sustainable development
Aiming at the static defects of the traditional evaluation model of Olympic Games, this paper proposes an innovative framework of dynamic decision support system. Through the analysis of Olympic cases in the past 20 years (geopolitical misjudgment of the Beijing Winter Olympics, water pollution in Rio, etc.), the research reveals that the traditional model has three bottlenecks in weight solidification, environmental accounting is incomplete (ignoring 56% indirect emissions) and real-time data lag (public opinion delay > June). Construct a time series algorithm to realize quarterly parameter calibration; The whole life cycle LCA model is developed to quantify the ecological cost, and the SDGs cooperation-degree index is designed to verify the coupling effect of indicators. The microservice architecture integrates Kafka real-time data pipeline, Docker elastic computing cluster and Three. js 3D geographic visualization to provide open source solutions for global sports governance.
