ON ENSURING TECHNOLOGICAL SOVEREIGNTY: A REGIONAL PERSPECTIVE

The article considers the main approaches of technological development in the context of global changes, which present not only opportunities but also threats to national security. In the conditions of intense competition for market share, the issues of technological sovereignty seem to be the most relevant. «Technological sovereignty» [1] allows to control critical technologies in the world market, and, in our opinion, will ensure the competitiveness of the economy, survival and prosperity of the state. To secure leading positions in the global market, conditions for business activity are necessary.
