FINANCIAL INCENTIVES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS IN THE REGION

This article is about financial incentives for the development of socially-oriented non-profit organizations in the region using the example of the Saratov region. As tools for financial incentives, the article analyzed grants provided by the Presidential Grants Fund, subsidies, target capital of non-profit organizations and possible tax benefits. In addition, the article explores alternative sources of financing for socially-oriented non-profit organizations such as fundraising and crowdfunding. Of greatest interest in the article are the author’s proposals for improving financial incentives for non-profit organizations in the regions.
