KEY DIRECTIONS OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF MUNICIPAL GOVERNANCE

The purpose of the article is to develop a model of key areas of digitalization of municipal government, taking into account the challenges reflected in goal-setting documents for the system of public authorities. The results of scientific research by domestic scientists are summarized, revealing various aspects of the implementation of advanced information technologies in the activities of local governments. The author’s model of the key areas of digitalization of municipal management has been developed, including such elements as digitalization of municipal services, digitalization of the provision of municipal services, digitalization of management processes, as well as digital involvement of citizens in management decision-making.
