PROGRAM-TARGET MANAGEMENT OF MUNICIPAL SERVICES AS A FACTOR IN ENSURING ECONOMIC SUSTAINABILITY OF THE REGION

The article considers the issues of application of the program-target method in the management of public utilities using the mechanism of assessing the impact on the economic stability and security of the region. Program-target management in the public utilities sector is disclosed from the standpoint of its impact on key indicators of the economic stability of the region. Attention is focused on the need and directions for improving methodological approaches to the criteria-based assessment of the effectiveness of state programs in the public utilities sector, where an important place is occupied by taking into account the impact of their implementation on the integral indicator of the economic stability of the region.
