Design of a dual anti-interference tracking robot car with software and hardware

Abstract During the tracking process of the robot car, interference from ambient light and uneven reflection of road light may cause the controller to issue incorrect commands. The existing car drive circuit has low efficiency, and there is a truncation error in the measurement of wheel speed. To address these issues, this article designs a modulation and demodulation circuit to reduce ambient light interference, introduces filtering algorithms to address the problem of uneven reflection, designs an optimized H-bridge motor drive circuit, proposes a fixed distance measurement time scheme to improve speed measurement accuracy, and combines the refresh rate advantages of existing speed measurement schemes to further enhance the speed refresh rate of this article. The final experimental data shows that in low light environments, the number of environmental light interferences is reduced by more than 87.5%, the measurement accuracy of car speed is improved by more than 31.2% in the low-speed range, the speed refresh rate is increased by more than 4 times, and the measurement accuracy in the high-speed range is improved by more than 4.4%. The motor drive circuit increased the motor speed by over 22.8% while reducing the drive current by 10.8%.
