DEVELOPMENT TRENDS IN REGIONS WITH DIFFERENT LEVELS OF INDUSTRIAL PARKS DISTRIBUTION

The article examines the development trends of Russian regions with different levels of industrial parks distribution. Their impact on socio-economic processes is analyzed, key factors contributing to the effective functioning of industrial parks are identified, and problems of regions where their development is limited are considered. The article provides an analysis of the factors determining the placement of industrial parks, including infrastructure, investment and personnel aspects. It examines government support measures aimed at stimulating their creation and development. Conclusions are made on the prospects for increasing the efficiency of industrial parks in Russian regions.
