The article examines the issues of improving the efficiency of business management from the perspective of forming a system of motivation for work, focused on operational tasks, using the example of a transport company. The theoretical and applied aspects of personnel management, the current situation in the field of employee bonuses for work results are studied and an alternative option for organizing bonuses for railway station employees is proposed, calculations confirming the effectiveness of a new approach to labor motivation are carried out.
