RISKS AND LIMITATIONS OF FOREIGN ECONOMIC ACTIVITY OF ENTERPRISES UNDER CONDITIONS OF A MOBILIZATION ECONOMY
The article analyzes the risks and limitations of the foreign economic activity of Russian enterprises under the conditions of a mobilization economy. The reasons behind Russia’s transition to a mobilization model, driven by sanction pressure from foreign states, are considered. The author classifies the main types of FEA risks, including geopolitical, financial-currency, logistical, technological, and marketing risks, as well as internal limitations related to state mobilization measures. The study provides results from a comprehensive research approach, incorporating qualitative and quantitative analyses, statistical data on foreign trade, and case studies from various sectors of the Russian economy (automotive industry, aviation transport, etc.). Particular attention is paid to enterprise adaptation strategies, the role of parallel imports, and administrative and financial state support measures. It is concluded that while the mobilization model can temporarily stabilize the economy, it also creates long-term risks such as technological backwardness and reduced global competitiveness. Recommendations are offered for achieving a balanced combination of mobilization management and market mech anisms.
