AI-Driven Zero-Touch Slice Optimization for 6G Networks
Emerging technologies and use cases bring a new level of demand on performance to modern networks. To meet these increasingly strict requirements, networks must go beyond traditional 5G capabilities, enhancing flexibility and resource optimization to support these forthcoming applications. This paper presents technologies developed within the ADROIT6G project in response to these challenges, delivering an AI-driven solution for zero-touch slice optimization in 6G networks. The proposed solution enhances the performance of a network slice in automatic response to changing network conditions, proactively, by leveraging AI-as-a-Service methodologies together with dynamic closed control loops. The prototyped solution is showcased through a demonstration in ORO's 5G Lab testbed to highlight the practical application of the ADROIT6G project's solutions in meeting the complex demands on nextgeneration network environments.
