The research dealt with the impact of the quality of medical service on customers ‘ visit to government hospitals by applying it to Atbara Teaching Hospital- Nile- river state – sudan. The study aimed to clarify the impact of the internal environment of hospital on the quality of medical service, and to shed light on the most important difficulties and problems represented in the lack of modern medical equipment and the lack of expertise among doctors and supporting staff, and poor training. The study used the descriptive analytical method to test the hypotheses and obtained information through questionnaire. the study reached several result, including that the hospital suffers from a shortage of medical equipment and tests. the study made some recommendation, including that the hospital administration should provide medical equipment and work on maintaining and monitoring the equipment periodically so that it does not go out of service.
