HR-Management of Innovation-Oriented Organisations on the Basis of ESG-Balancing

Effective HR-management of modern innovation-oriented organisations should be adjusted to the current global situation, which today is defined by the concept of BANI-world described by modern researchers as fragile, disturbing, non-linear and inscrutable. This shifts the vector of development towards balancing environmental, economic and social challenges simultaneously, which can be defined as ESG management. To date, there is no single mechanism for assessing the level of ESG-management of innovation-oriented organisations, but many scientists allocate their pool of human resource management determinants for assessment, but the problem of identifying the most weighty determinants is particularly relevant in modern ESG-management. The aim of the paper is to identify the most significant determinants on the basis of existing studies of HRmanagement and ESG-management to create a unified system of the pool of indicators to assess the level of HR-management of innovation-oriented organisations to ensure ESG-balance. As a result, the efficiency of human resource management of innovation-oriented organisations will increase, which will significantly improve their competitiveness at the international level.
