The Effectiveness of Introducing Innovative Technological Solutions in Animal Farming

In recent years, there has been a livestock production increase in Russia, despite this, the sub-sector is characterized by poor technological and technical equipment of enterprises, including a high proportion of outworn equipment. The solution to this problem can be in constructing new and reconstructing outworn farms and complexes with the introduction of innovative technologies, new machinery and equipment that can significantly increase the competitiveness of industry enterprises. The analysis of the current conditions and rates of construction of new and modernization of existing livestock facilities in Russia is given in the article. The aim of the study is to analyze the conditions for the technological and technical modernization of livestock facilities, as well as to identify negative factors hindering this process, and to find ways to reduce their impact based on the study of positive domestic and foreign experience. It is proposed to create centers for innovation and support of business ideas in rural areas to accelerate the techno-logical modernization of animal husbandry.
