The role of public-private partnership in the development of public infrastructure in the Khabarovsk territory

The article analyzes the development of public-private partnership in Khabarovsk Krai. The authors determined that a sufficient level of development of public-private partnership is one of the factors of sustainable development of the region. The analysis actualizes the use of public-private partnership mechanisms in the development of public infrastructure due to its high depreciation. And the need for highquality public infrastructure facilities is constantly increasing. The authors analyzed the projects that are currently being implemented in the region, the place in the rating of regions and identified the constraints on development. The possibilities of private initiative and the conditions for its implementation are considered.
