Ontology-Based Intelligent Decision Support Expert System for Economic Growth Management in the Territorial Entities of the Russian Federation
The territorial economy is a complex system with many interrelated factors. Ontology-based modeling allows formalizing knowledge about these interconnections and taking into account the unique characteristics and needs of different territories, which contributes to more effective management and the development of strategies adapted to specific conditions. Ontology-based expert systems can analyze large volumes of data and provide recommendations based on rules and logic, which significantly improves the quality of decision making, which is especially important in managing economic growth, where many factors must be taken into account. This paper presents a description of a territorial management ontology-based model of a decision support expert system at the regional level that is designed for managing economic growth of the territories of the Russian Federation.
