The innovative path and practice of multi-modal integrated artificial intelligence enabling old city renewal under the guidance of People's city

This study focuses on the innovative application of multi-modal integrated artificial intelligence technology in the construction of "people's city", taking the self-built house renewal project of Jiandong Village, Pujiang Town, Minhang District, Shanghai as an example, to explore a new path for the renewal of old urban areas enabled by AI technology. While improving the public participation and the efficiency of design generation, it also stimulates the creativity of community residents. At the same time, the study points out the existing shortcomings of AIGC technology in detail control and engineering feasibility, and emphasizes the importance of AI-assisted design in collaboration with professional architects. In the future, the research will further optimize the generation logic and evaluation mechanism, expand the application scenarios of AIGC technology in the field of urban renewal, and provide theoretical and practical support for the realization of intelligent and humanistic urban renewal.
