Research on the Establishment of "Post-Course- Competition-Certificate" School-enterprise Cooperation Community for Hotel Management Majors in Chinese Higher Vocational Colleges

In 2018, the Ministry of Culture and the National Tourism Administration merged to form the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, marking that the integrated development of Chinese cultural and tourism has entered a period of rapid development. In particular, in 2023, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism issued the Domestic Tourism Promotion Plan (2023-2025), which proposes to further unleash the potential of tourism consumption. By 2024, the size of China's budget hotel chain market will reach 169.4 billion yuan, which shows the growing demand for professionals with hotel management skills. In this paper, literature analysis and comparative analysis are used to review the literature on school-enterprise cooperation of hotel management colleges and universities at home and abroad, and it is found that they generally carry out school-enterprise cooperation through "order class" and "enterprise class", so as to realize the seamless connection between students' study and employment. Secondly, the current model of job-course competition and certificate education is still in the emerging stage, and there are still some problems in the connection between post setting, course setting, professional competition and mass creation certificate. Domestic and foreign scholars have limited research in this field.
