Application of the Green Principle in Patent Law

According to the green principle, the patent object exception system can restrict non-green technologies, the rapid examination system can promote the patent application for green technologies, the compulsory license and open license systems are conducive to the promotion of green patented technologies, punitive damages are applied to patent infringements that deliberately and seriously damage the ecological environment, and the right of the patentee to request the cessation of infringement will also be restricted.
