Optimizing Spatial Efficiency and Performance: A Parallel Compressor System for Tobacco Leaf Curing Machines
The curing phase of tobacco leaves constitutes a pivotal stage in the production process, where the spatial footprint of the compressor and its space utilization efficiency are critical determinants. This study introduces a novel design for a parallel compressor system specifically engineered for tobacco curing applications, aiming to augment the stability of heat supply and enhance the overall system performance during curing. The system comprises essential elements such as primary and secondary compressors, an oil separator, condenser, throttling device, evaporator, and gas separator. Through the parallel configuration of compressors, the system delivers consistent heat output, accommodating a broader spectrum of thermal requirements within the curing chamber. Moreover, the integrated heat pump system architecture facilitates a compact parallel compressor arrangement, which occupies reduced space while delivering equivalent or superior heating capabilities in comparison to conventional single compressor systems.
