Large Complex Odontoma in the Mandibular Anterior Region: A Rare Case Report
Odontomas are the most common odontogenic tumors and are classified into compound and complex types. They are usually asymptomatic and are often detected on routine radiographic examinations. Complex odontoma is a rare tumor. Occasionally, it may grow large enough to cause cortical expansion. Here, we report a rare case of a large complex odontoma occurring in the mandibular anterior region, associated with impacted teeth and causing cortical expansion.
