Analysis of the State Administration of the Construction Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Impact of Digital Technologies on Investment Activity

The construction industry is one of the most important sectors of the economy, making a significant contribution to the economic potential of the country, forming tangible assets and being an integral part of the wealth of the nation. The study aimed at analyzing the state administration of the construction industry in the Republic of Kazakhstan and the impact of investment activity in the context of digital technologies is very relevant and is of great importance for the development of the industry and the country's economy. The introduction of digital technologies contributes to the development of «smart» cities and innovative infrastructure and is a priority for many countries in the development of a competent state policy of the construction industry. Effective public administration in the construction industry makes it possible to create favorable conditions for investment, production growth, innovation and sustainable development. However, success depends on coordinated work between government agencies, business and society, as active interaction and cooperation between government agencies, entrepreneurs, investors, trade unions, scientific institutes and public organizations contribute to finding the best solutions. The purpose of the study is to analyze the state administration of the construction industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the impact of digital technologies on investment activity. Research methods: The author used the methods of scientific cognition: analysis, synthesis, deduction, induction, abstraction and concretization, generalization and grouping of statistical information, abstract-logical, functional and comparative analyses, interdisciplinary approach.
