Exploring College Students’ Well-Being and Its Influencing Factors
This study investigated the major factors impacting college students’ well-being. The findings demonstrated that while academic stress had a detrimental effect on well-being, peer support and student-teacher relationships significantly enhanced it. The effect of major satisfaction was not statistically significant. Future education administration should focus on helping students build healthy interpersonal networks to support their overall development.
