THE ROLE OF DIGITAL PLATFORMS IN THE MANAGEMENT OF SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC PROJECTS

With the rapid digital transformation of society, the management of social and economic projects requires the use of modern technologies. Digital platforms provide unique tools for effective planning, monitoring and evaluation of projects, as well as for collaboration between different stakeholders. The relevance of this topic stems from the need to optimise economic and social project management processes and increase their transparency and efficiency. This paper is an in-depth comparative analysis of popular digital platforms with a focus on their functionality and applicability for managing social and economic projects. The comparative analysis showed that the choice of a platform should be based on the specifics of the project, the scope of its implementation and the characteristics of the team. The study revealed that despite the diversity of platforms, each of them has unique characteristics, which allows teams to choose the most appropriate tool depending on the specifics of the project and its requirements.
