GROWTH FACTORS AND PROBLEMS OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE CORPORATE FORM OF PRODUCTION BUSINESS IN THE REGIONS OF RUSSIA

The corporate form of business organization plays a key role in the development of the manufacturing sector of the economy, especially in the regions of Russia where it is necessary to attract significant investments, use advanced technologies and effectively manage complex production processes. Corporations, as a rule, have broader opportunities to attract capital, diversify risks, introduce innovations and enter new markets. This article is devoted to the study of the role and prospects of the corporate form of organization of production business in the regions of Russia. The advantages and disadvantages of the corporate structure for manufacturing enterprises, factors influencing the choice of the organizational and legal form of business, problems hindering the development of the corporate sector in the regions, and government support measures aimed at stimulating corporate development are considered. Successful examples of corporate manufacturing enterprises in various regions are also analyzed.
