FEATURES OF THE MANIFESTATION OF TRUST IN THE HEALTHCARE SECTOR: A LEGAL ANALYSIS
The article analyzes the features of the manifestation of trust as a legal phenomenon in the field of healthcare. Stating the positive effect of trust on public relations is absolutely not enough to reveal the functional potential of this phenomenon, the practical benefit of studying it is hidden in the consideration of instrumental properties. The author considers the raised issues in the models "patient-doctor", "patient-state", "doctor-state".
