PREREQUISITES FOR THE FORMATION OF LAW AND THE STATE OF TRANSITIONAL PERIODS

This article examines the nature and dynamics of transformations of social relations characterized by their high dynamics, which determines the nature of many transformations in the field of state and legal construction. Events that entail qualitatively fundamental changes in the state and law in a historically defined period of time are usually called a transition period in the scientific community. In order to understand the prerequisites that determine the emergence of the phenomenon of the transition period, the article examines the views of scientists on the most important aspects of this issue, offers the author's vision of the concept of "transition period", and draws conclusions about the role of crisis states in society in the context of transformations of state and legal systems in transition periods.
