Main features of law enforcement technique in foreign legal families
The article is devoted to the comparative legal analysis of law enforcement techniques through the prism of the specifics of various legal families. Considering the features of the preparation of law enforcement acts, as well as the performance of actions preceding their adoption, using the example of the Romano-Germanic, Anglo-American and Muslim legal families, the author proceeds from the hypothesis of the absence of separate types of legal technique in the world, and, at the same time, the prevalence of individual technical-legal aspects within the framework of various types of legal regulation. Based on the results of the study, the author summarizes the main distinctive features of law enforcement techniques within the framework of the relevant legal families, and also formulates some problems for the prospective development of legal-technical comparative studies.
