ECONOMIC CONSEQUENCES OF AUTOMATION AND ROBOTIZATION IN INDUSTRY

The article analyzes the economic consequences of automation and robotization in industry, as well as their impact on the labor market and production processes. The authors consider the advantages of implementing robotic systems aimed at increasing labor productivity, reducing production costs and optimizing resource use. Particular attention is paid to changing the structure of investments, the redistribution of capital towards digital technologies and the impact of automation on the competitiveness of enterprises. The paper examines the effects of digital transformation and the problems associated with the high costs of technology implementation, the need for staff retraining and changes in the regulatory framework. The research uses methods of comparative analysis. The authors provide quantitative indicators characterizing the level of automation in the leading countries of the world, including the density of robotics, cost reduction and productivity growth after the introduction of modern technologies. The analysis shows that Russia lags behind countries such as South Korea, Germany and China in terms of automation. The article offers recommendations for the effective integration of modern technologies, which include the development of educational programs, government support for the introduction of robotics, investments in digital infrastructure and the improvement of the legislative framework.
