Therapeutic Glypican‐3 CRISPR Genome‐Editing Using UltraLarge Porous Silica Nano‐Depot for the Treatment of Hepatocellular Carcinoma
CRISPR Gene Editing Ultra-large porous silica nano-depot (UPSND) enables the efficient delivery of large CRISPR-Cas9 proteins and sgRNA cassettes to target Glypican 3 in hepatocellular carcinoma cells. This genome editing strategy achieves significant tumor regression and prevents proliferation, while GPC3 deletion enhances immune cell infiltration into tumor tissues, indicating its potential for cancer immunotherapy.
