THE IMPORTANCE OF INTEGRATING ICT AND CREATING PROFESSIONAL NETWORKS IN DEVELOPING CONTINUING EDUCATION FOR TEACHERS IN MOROCCO

This research aims to explore the role of integrating Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and creating professional networks in improving continuing education for teachers in Morocco. The research examines how ICT can provide diverse learning opportunities and contribute to developing teachers’ skills, as well as how professional networks enhance cooperation and exchange of experiences among them. Through a descriptive/analytical approach, data were collected using questionnaires and interviews. The study found that the integration of ICT with continuing education and professional networks contributes significantly to improving the quality of education and developing teachers’ competencies. The study recommends enhancing the use of these tools in continuing education programs and providing the necessary support to make the most of them
