RETROSPECTIVE STUDY ON THE EFFECTS OF SALBUTAMOL NEBULIZATION IN DECOMPENSATED HEART FAILURE
Decompensated heart failure (DHF) is a common and life-threatening condition characterized by worsening signs and symptoms of heart failure, often leading to hospitalizations and increased mortality. Bronchodilators, such as salbutamol, are frequently used in clinical practice for patients presenting with acute dyspnea, but their impact on DHF outcomes remains a topic of debate. This retrospective study aims to evaluate the effects of salbutamol nebulization on clinical outcomes in patients with DHF, particularly in relation to hemodynamic stability, ECG changes, types of arrhythmias, oxygenation, and hospital stay
