Factors Impact on Innovative Work Behavior: A Case Study in Banking Sectors

This study examines the impact of leadership styles and knowledge-sharing behavior on innovative work behavior among young employees in the banking sector in Vietnam. A structured survey was administered to assess respondents' perceptions and received 148 valid responses from banker s in Vietnam . A quantitative research approach was employed to evaluate the reliability of measurement scales and test the research model, and the proposed hypotheses. The collected data were analyzed using Smar
