INTEGRATED QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR HIGH-TECH PRODUCTS

The methodology of working out the production manufacturability of high-tech engineering products is considered. For this purpose, the experience of modernization and commissioning of promising facilities, mainly from the aerospace industry, was widely used, which served as the basis for developing ways to improve quality at various stages of production when creating new products with an increase in their level of manufacturability, reducing the development time of serial products, the possibility of replacing imported goods with domestic ones. The scientific basis for quality management at all stages of creation of demanded types of mechanical engineering products is disclosed.
