ANALYTICAL COMPARISON OF VEHICLE CONTROL PERFORMANCE WHEN EXECUTING THE "RE-ORDER" AND "MOVEMENT ALONG A TRUNCED TRAJECTORY" MANEUVERS

The results of comparing the controllability indicators of cars when performing the "rearrangement" and "movement along a truncated trajectory" maneuvers are presented. It is shown that both maneuvers are characterized by such an indicator as the magnitude of lateral acceleration. Since the normalization of controllability parameters (the value of lateral displacement for movement along a truncated sine wave and the speed of maneuver execution during rearrangement) directly depend on the maximum value of lateral acceleration, a relationship was established between the estimated indicators of these maneuvers. The data obtained made it possible to expand the scope of the "movement along a truncated sine wave" maneuver for cars that do not have a course stability stabilization system installed and to set limit values for the movement of such cars.
