Interdisziplinäre Versorgung von Patient:innen mit chronischen Erkrankungen
The care of patients with chronic diseases is complex and is influenced by the structures and regulations in the healthcare system. Different disciplines are therefore needed to develop options for improving care - in addition to medicine and health sciences, for example, health economics and law. But do they mean the same thing when they talk about 'integrated care', for example? This article provides an overview of the process of interdisciplinary understanding and its benefits for the care of patients with chronic diseases.
