Microtubules Disruption Alters the Cellular Structures and Mechanics Depending on Underlying Chemical Cues (Small 13/2025)
Microtubules Disruption The roles of microtubules (MT) in cellular and nuclear morphologies, as well as mechanical responses were studied on substrates with different cell-adhesive ligand (cRGD) density. In low cRGD density, MTs and actin stress fibers aligned in elongated cells, while tangled MTs and external actin bundles formed in rounded cells on high cRGD density.
