FORMATION OF REGIONAL INVESTMENT LEGISLATION TO ACHIEVE NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT GOALS

The article provides an overview of the legal regulation in the field of state support for investment activities at the federal and regional levels. The practice of law enforcement of the investment legislation of 89 subjects of the Russian Federation is summarized, including information on the demand for forms of state support, mechanisms for their provision, identified problems, as well as the impact of the practice of providing state support on investment activity and the investment climate in the regions, and the achievement of national goals. At the end of the article, reasonable conclusions are drawn and recommendations are given on improving regulatory legal regulation in the field of investment activity in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. These studies can be used by state authorities, local self-government bodies within the limits of their powers defined by federal legislation, and other organizations in accordance with the issues of their jurisdiction.
