ON THE PRESERVATION AND ENHANCEMENT OF THE INTANGIBLE, SPIRITUAL COMPONENTS OF THE NATIONAL STRENGTH OF THE RUSSIAN STATE

The work examines the exceptional importance and significance of such components of the intangible –spiritual power of the state as culture, its freedom, human spiritual interests, moral values and humanism (the degree of humanization of all social relations)..A comparative analysis of the current state of the spiritual components of national strength and the strength of the Russian state is carried out, which dominantly determine the entire complex of components of the latter – economic, political, demographic, social and others. The effectiveness of the mass media is considered as the most important component and, at the same time, the only one of all types of resources that are most directly related to the life of society, performing reproductive and productive (creative) functions and bearing responsibility, like policy makers, for the processes taking place in society.
